Item Condition
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all products are ex-display units. This classification describes products that have been on display for demonstration purposes at high street retailers or returned by mail order under their ‘no quibble’ 14 or 28 day guarantee. These products, in many cases have never been used or taken out of the original box! These units have been thoroughly tested by our qualified engineers, and re-packaged to a high level of quality. As a result some packaging may be slightly distressed, but rest assured the product is fully working and is backed up by a no-quibble seven day money back policy if you are not happy with the item. A 12 month warranty is standard. In some cases phones and faxes may come without manuals and cartridges but in most cases manuals can be downloaded from the manufacturers website or sent via email - info@telephones4u.co.uk

All items sold by Telephones4u.co.uk come with a no-quibble 12 Month Warranty. Should you find your item to be faulty within a 12 month warranty, please return it to us within the condition you received it, and we will issue a full refund (less delivery costs). Or exchange the item for a product of similar value
